This page explains how to deposit cryptocurrency to FYBIT and how to withdraw it safely. Crypto transfers are irreversible. Always confirm the coin, network, and address before you send.

How to deposit cryptocurrency on FYBIT

Step 1. Choose the cryptocurrency and network
Open your FYBIT wallet page and select Deposit.
Choose the coin you want to deposit, for example BTC, ETH, or USDT.
Select the network for that coin.
BTC deposits use the Bitcoin network.
ETH deposits use the ERC20 network.
USDT deposits use the ERC20 network.

Important
Only deposit coins and networks that are shown on the deposit page. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can lead to permanent loss.

Step 2. Get your deposit address
After you select coin and network, you will see

Copy safely
Use the Copy button. Then compare the first and last characters of the address in your sending wallet to make sure it matches.

Step 3. Send the transfer from your external wallet or exchange
1. Open your external wallet or exchange.
2. Choose Send or Withdraw.
3. Paste your FYBIT deposit address.
4. Select the exact same network as shown on FYBIT.
5. Confirm the transaction.

Step 4. Wait for network confirmations
Most blockchains require confirmations before funds appear on FYBIT. You can track your transfer in a blockchain explorer.

Step 5. Check your balance and history
After the network confirms the transaction, your balance will update. You can also check Deposit History for timestamps and status.

Fees
FYBIT does not charge deposit fees. You still pay the blockchain network fee when you send crypto. If you send from an exchange, that exchange may also charge its own withdrawal fee.

Security tips for deposits

- Enable 2FA on your FYBIT account.
- Always verify you are on https://fybit.com before logging in.
- Double check coin, network, and address.
- Use the QR code when possible to avoid copying errors.
- Do not send funds if any detail looks unusual.

How to withdraw cryptocurrency on FYBIT

Network used for withdrawals
BTC withdrawals are processed on the Bitcoin network.
ETH withdrawals are processed on the ERC20 network.
USDT withdrawals are processed on the ERC20 network.

Step 1. Open Withdraw
Go to your FYBIT wallet page and select Withdraw.

Step 2. Select coin
Choose BTC, ETH, or USDT.

Step 3. Enter a compatible destination address
BTC uses the Bitcoin network. Enter a BTC address.
ETH uses ERC20. Enter an ERC20 compatible ETH address.
USDT uses ERC20. Enter an ERC20 compatible USDT address.

Step 4. Enter the destination address
Paste the recipient address into Destination address. Double check the first and last characters.

Step 5. Enter the amount
Enter the withdrawal amount. You can use MAX to withdraw the maximum available balance shown on the page.

Step 6. Review limits, fee, and final amount
Check Available for withdrawal and Remaining daily limit.
Review Network fee and Amount you receive. The fee is deducted from the amount you withdraw.

Step 7. Confirm with Google 2 factor authentication
Enter the code from Google Authenticator in the Google 2 factor authentication field.

Step 8. Submit
Click Withdraw to send the request.

Common issues and how to avoid them

Wrong network or incompatible address
Make sure the destination supports the same network. BTC requires a Bitcoin address. ETH and USDT require ERC20 compatible addresses. Using the wrong address type can lead to permanent loss.

Deposit not showing yet
Deposits may not appear until the blockchain confirms the transaction. Use a blockchain explorer to check status.
